What a Great Team these professionals make! I just happened to be out looking at house with Maurice and found our Dream Home. Both Maurice and Lin are both very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and were very eager to show us around as we were from out of state. Lin And Maurice were excellent! We moved from New York, we knew the laws were different and the buying process was different but, they informed us of other differences we had not considered, (one example: insurance) which was good to know. These guys listened to everything that we asked for in a house, such as location, our life style, and expectations. We found what we wanted. They are a great team.

Maurice is professional, communicates/articulates every step of the process...even better sold the home quickly!!! I was most impressed with the detailed marketing photos and brochures the most professional quality I have ever seen.

The team of Lin and Maurice are the best!! They worked with us patiently until we found the perfect home. Then, they took care of all the necessities after the sales agreement was signed. Their service is amazing. They've handled four transactions for us - some of which were unfortunately difficult. I think one of the telling things is that after helping us either buy or sell, our neighbours have often elected to deal with them after watching how hard and smart they worked. Anything more? They are plesent people - even under duress. Of which there can be plenty in any Florida real estate transaction.
