I purchased my home last October. Janis Collier was my realtor. She greeted us with a great smile and exactly on time. The first thing she did was to take us on a tour of Sarasota, the Lakewood Ranch community was where we found a home that we liked but Janis insisted that we look further to the point that we where going to build a home. After doing our due diligence, we bought the first home we saw. Janis was by our side the entire experience. Arlene and I couldn't say enough good things about Janis Collier, we would use her again in a second.

I want you to know what a fabulous realtor Janis Collier is. I explained to her what I was looking for and my reasons. We formulated a plan and when I came to Florida we already had a game plan. After seeing many homes, I spoke to her at length at what my concerns were. She helped us make a great decision. If I had any questions or needed answers, Janis was always there with the answers. I rarely write notes like this but because I feel Janis is terrific, I needed you to know what a gem she is!

We recently purchased our first home in Sarasota from the best real estate agent around, Janis Collier. She provided outstanding top-rate service, displayed a willingness to drop everything and coordinate her schedule around ours, and made us feel like we were family. We even had enough confidence in to make an offer without ever seeing the home in person.

We were struck by the dedication and integrity of Janis Collier. She never pushed us to buy, she listened to our thoughts, she offered her opinion when asked and steered us away from potentially poor decisions and clearly understood what we were looking for.
