We feel the Collier Group, Janis and Ron, are very competent realtors. They recently helped us purchase a home and we were very happy with them as our agents. They worked with a high degree of professionalism and their knowledge of the area and available homes was quite extensive. For over a year they listened to our ideas, likes and dislikes and then counseled us about the location, neighborhood and other factors influencing the homes we viewed. We listed our home with The Collier Group after 7 months on the market with another company. Within the first two months we had an offer and we closed 45 days later. This was especially important to us as we had already moved into our new home and carrying two mortgages was less than ideal. The Collier Group drove a tremendous amount of traffic to see our house and we know that is the reason we were able to sell. Our experience was so positive that we have referred them to friends and family just in the past 30 days.

I highly recommend Janis as a realtor. Besides knowing the local market so well, she was very attentive, responsive and accessible throughout the process of selling our condo. Janis went out of her way to be helpful. Despite being long-distance sellers, the final sale went very smoothly.
