Sally is the best, she stayed in constant contact with us the whole listing. She is very professional and knowledgeable in her field. Teresa and I were so fortunate to find Sally. Relocating and finding the right home is near impossible. Sally was not the first realtor, but the first that kept saying "we will find the right home for you .( Not a house but a home.) She searched from Sarasota to Hillsborough County. The listings she sent sent were endless even though they met the parameters we gave her she drove endless miles looking at the homes first. Her knowledge of the whole process was endless. Extremely helpful. After several months we looked at a house We looked at each other and said "This is the house". She was right . Great neighborhood and all that goes in making a perfect home. What was so important is Sally is so intelligent tet personable. If you need an incredible agent an a real person Sally is the one. Thank You Sally for everything.

There are so many realtors to choose from and finding one who truly is versed in all aspects of the business is not easy. Fred is the whole package, from evaluating homes using comps, strategic negotiation and timing, to identifying potential flaws that even inspectors miss- he is spot on. Fred is so on the pulse with the Sarasota market, he can advise sale price or offer price on the fly and then back it up with neighborhood comps after the fact. We have now purchased two homes with Fred and in both experiences his caring, knowledgeable, patient, and HONEST approach have been first class. He is definitely a gem among the many unqualified and shady agents out there and I cannot recommend him more. If you are looking for good honest representation, look no further, Fred Sassen is top notch.
