We could not have been happier!!! Irene was professional and caring, and made herself available to answer any questions we had!! Even during a hurricane she made sure that the closing on my mom's house went smoothly. We would certainly choose her again with our real estate needs and can recommend her unequivocally to anyone.

The absolute best realtor ever. This beautiful lady was extremely patient, kind, classy, trust worthy, efficient, professional and simply amazing. She answered every question, found every answer I asked for , answered every phone call even while on vacation. This Lady does not take time off. Her job is 24/7. Nothing went up answered, She goes above and beyond. Every client s as if it were for herself or family. I felt at ease immediately the first time we spok which is not like me at all. I’m extremely difficult, I expect perfection and I got it from MaryHelen. We were in negotiations on another property I was not in love with. MaryHelen immediately saw the perfect place we were looking for. Before having the chance to speak with me, she made arrangements to be the first person to see it that morning. After months of looking , thank god before we signed in the wrong house MaryHelen found us the perfect home for myself, Fiancé, our horses and dogs for the perfect price. Within 5 hours the house was off the market. We Owe this all to MaryHelen. I honestly believe after meeting all the others realtors before this would have never happened. She knew what I wanted, she cared as much as I did. We are now living in paradise in the perfect home. At minimal I give MaryHelen 10 stars. I have yet to meet another person like her, not just in real estate but in life. Her heart is amazing, she is Beautiful inside and out in every way. Not to mention the most amazing work ethic you don’t find anymore.

When we decided that we wanted to purchase a home in Lakewood Ranch with only little knowledge of the area, we knew that we needed local assistance. By chance we met up with Stuart Lawrence and Laura Lawrence and it was the start of a great relationship which helped us navigate not only a new build while we were living in another state but also helped us “weather” two horrific hurricanes to hit the area. Stuart and Laura kept us updated with the progress of our home as it was being built (thankfully no damage from the storms!), regularly sent us photos and videos, coordinated with our builder rep, responded quickly to questions via calls and texts, and even provided info about our new larger community to help with our transition. We are extremely grateful for their guidance and assistance and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance in the area. Give them a call—you will be glad you did!

Where to begin? I guess I should start from our first telephone conversation. We chose a date and time to connect and discuss my late fathers' home and the possibility of listing the home with Shelley. My father had this home built and it was his "Happy Place" so, it was extremely important to our family that the home would be represented by someone that would appreciate it and the memories that were made there. From that first conversation on I knew I had made the right decision. Shelley was definitely the right choice. Her knowledge of the area, the current state of the market and the real estate industry was impressive to say the least. Our first in person meeting...My sister and I scheduled a trip to Florida to prepare the home for listing (we are from Ohio, coincidence...turns out Shelley grew up very close to where we live!) Shelley arrived in the afternoon and she patiently walked us through the process. She answered all of our questions and gave us the most valuable lesson on "decluttering" so we could get the home ready for what turned out to be the most impressive marketing video we had ever seen. Her direction motivated my sister and I to go room by room and make the home look more amazing than ever. What we both thought was going to be a sad and emotional time turned out to be rather fun and enjoyable. On the market...Shelley took over! Since we live in Ohio, she took the lead. Never did we worry about the showings or Open Houses. Shelley handled everything. She made sure the house was always ready and provided feedback from the viewings. She monitored the weather and made sure the air was set correctly, that the pool furniture was secured when necessary, that the landscaping was always spot on and if necessary she did it herself, why? Because she "Get's it done!" And she did time and time again. We had some repairs that were required and she handled everything. She spent hours coordinating visits from contractors to ensure things were done correctly and according to code. Florida weather...Hot, humid and what about those tropical storms and hurricanes? Shelley kept me informed throughout the summer. Always letting me know what was happening. After Hurricane Helene she helped so many that were impacted by the damage. Searching for pets that were lost and cleaning out flooded homes to help those in need. Then came Milton...so time to get back to Florida. At least we get to see Shelley again! She gave us advice on how to prepare our home and kept in touch to make sure we were all safe. She was like our guardian ANGEL! The Buyer...so, as I said earlier, we really hoped that the new owner would be someone who would love this home as much as our family did. Well, she found him! As we worked through the final details she shared what she could about his love for the home and his hopes that this would be his new forever home. We felt that this chapter was able to close on the most positive note possible and that was everything we could ask for. In closing...thank you Shelley. You are the best in the business! You are passionate, professional, and admirable. I wish you the best in the future. I hope our paths cross again soon. Hugs! Janine Bertsch

Kevin, by far as been the most caring and devoted broker I have ever dealt with. He truly has his client's best interest in mind. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a broker to consider Kevin. My main residence is out of state, but I have no worries with Kevin looking after my house, like it was his own. Not only is he a professional, he also is one fine human being.
