We recently purchased a property on Longboat Key and want to express our appreciation for the outstanding service Rob Delaney provided to us. We met Rob in 2022 when on vacation in Sarasota; we stopped into your St. Armands office and had a casual conversation with Rob about our interest in purchasing a property when we retired (in 2+ years). In that meeting, Rob answered our many questions about Sarasota and nearby towns, condo properties based on our requirements, etc., and showed interest in our needs. For two years Rob shared condo listings, market trend information, and telephone calls with us. In June 2024 we found our ideal condo. During this process, Rob was extremely responsive, resourceful, proactive, and professional (and always available for a call). Rob made the closing process very organized and streamlined for us. He collaborated with the necessary parties, as needed, to finalize actions. At our request, he recommended names of several local companies that we could contact (i.e. closing attorney Berlin Patten Ebling, a home inspector, an insurance company) and each contact was superior. Rob partnered with the seller's realtor on various items related to the closing and they ensured all home inspection issues were resolved. Rob is a superstar and we greatly appreciate his skills, dedication to his clients, and positive personality. We have a friend who is currently shopping for a Sarasota property and I have shared Rob's contact information with him- knowing he too will have a positive, successful experience.

Susan and Sally were excellent to deal with. They were very helpful, pleasant and prompt with everything. There were so many steps, forms and flow of information required and they were on top of everything. They were a pleasure to deal with, I felt like we were friends not people participating in a business transaction. Would highly recommend them.
