We want to express what a great purchasing experience we had with agent Bambi Utton. Right from the beginning…..every phone call was returned, every appointment was kept and on time, and every question we had was answered. She was a delight to deal with. Under the “above and beyond” category... Bambi and her husband knowing that we were buying a place with NO furniture, asked if we wanted a FREE chair from another one of her clients who was getting rid of it. When we told her that we would love it.. they actually loaded it into their SUV and brought it over to our newly purchased condo. I can tell you, we’ve never had this level of service with any other home purchase. In addition, everyone in the Plantation office has been very helpful and accommodating. My wife Barb has been looking online for a couple of years for a Farmington Vista condo that had the lanais raised to be on the same level as the living space.This past November she saw one and contacted Bambi for some information on it and Bambi facilitated an offer for us without us coming to see the property.To make a long story short everything worked out great from Bambi letting our MN friends check out the property for us and even giving us some help (advice) on getting some documents notarized on our property in MN that we just sold. We recently closed on the sale of our condo in the Plantation on Venice. Bambi did an outstanding job of showing the condo and her client ended up making the purchase after we had returned to Michigan. In particular she and Ford took care of getting rid of clothes, food,etc. which we were unable to do. This was much appreciated!! All in all ,my wife and I could highly recommend her. My husband, Paul, and I recently purchased a house in the Villas of Somerset neighbor at Plantation GCC.Bambi Utton was our realtor, who not only did a very professional job in completing our purchase, she also became a friend!Bambi and her husband, Ford, helped us move some of our boxes as they knew we had a timeline to honor. My husband and I had spent one Saturday afternoon in July looking at properties at Sarasota National when we decided to stop in at the sales center in Plantation Golf and Country Club. It was our good fortune to meet Bambi and Ford Utton that afternoon who graciously spent time late in the day showing us spec homes within the Plantation community that met our specific needs. We made two appointments for the following day based on what we thought we wanted. However, after much thought and discussion later that night, my husband and I decided to go in a different direction and Bambi and Ford never batted an eye. They canceled our scheduled appointments, pulled up new specs and off we went on a house hunting trip to be remembered. Needless to say, our efforts paid off and we are proud new owners in a community we love. From the time we met, Bambi and Ford treated us like friends – wanting only to find the best place that truly met our needs. With their help and support, we not only had a quick closing but the invaluable resources they shared for painters, electricians and handymen really helped us to make the house our home. We were more than happy with the service we received from our MS agent Bambi Utton. Bambi is extremely competent and charming. She knows the market. For example, our friends in the Plantation had just been hit with a 20K new roof assessment and we wanted to know could that happen to us if we purchased in various Plantation developments. Bambi rattled off the years for each development and a rundown on how each would meet the cost given their financials. We were impressed. She is experienced. Since we were buying the condo furnished she made a list of what that entailed and sharing it with the seller we had no issues.She pays attention to details. We found some minor issues with the windows and closet doors and -without prodding- they were taken care of.I could go on but let's just agree she made dealing with a major purchase easy and pleasant.
