Had an amazing experience with both Brooke and Andy! They were both very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. Any questions that I had, I could just pick up the phone and they would answer. Since this was my first rental property, they were both very helpful in not only the buying experience, but I also picked their brains on the rental business side of things. We found Brooke while looking on some sites for a second home in Longboat Key.She was quick in responding to our questions and she found a bunch of homes for us to look at. After the second time out with her and her husband Andy they showed us a home that they knew we would fall in love with and we did. The house is beautiful, it’s right where we wanted to live along with all the amenities we desired. With her, we made an offer that they knew would move the seller to accept.From beginning to end the entire process was seamless. I recommend Brooke and Andy to anyone looking for a home on the gulf side of central/southern Florida.They are the best, hands down. The best part is they treated us like we were their most important clients and they made us feel valued in our transaction.

Brooke and Andy are top Realtors. When I met Brook she showed knowledge, care and was listening to key details of what we wanted to do and our expectation. When we met Andy he also was very detail on his understanding of our needs and wants. Brook was always keeping us updated on what they were doing to promote and sell our home. Well they did, our house sold before anyone else in the subdivision, for the right prize. We like them so much that we had them find us a new home. They are not your regular Realtor, they look for ways to achieve the goal, they are a lost gem.
