Fabulous agent who who listened to my wishes, desires, needs in a home and found exactly what I wanted. I so appreciated her research and especially appreciated that she only called me when she found what met my criteria. After my offer was accepted she kept on top of everything (even things I never thought of). She would send me an email once a week to keep me up to date on the closing progress. I highly recommend Carol.

We were worried about selling our house out of state and purchasing in Venice FL. With Carol's help it was easy. She listened to our needs and found the perfect house for us. She also knew how to register to vote, find handymen and anything else we needed to do. Carol was always pleasant to deal with making moving to Florida a pleasure.
