When my husband and I were faced with selling our beloved condo unexpectedly, we contacted Heidi Cox in your Lakewood Ranch office. We still had the brochure with her contact information from when we purchased. She was our first call and she was terrific. It was an excellent decision! She remembered the property and had good insights to aid our sale. Heidi hit the ground running with advice on clearing things out and un-personalizing our home. She really had a great eye to update the property and expedite the sale. She even helped me paint on a Sunday! Heidi’s staging was so fantastic that she inspired the decor in our new home!We had offers immediately due to the excellent presentation/pictures. Once we accepted an offer, Heidi was amazing managing our expectations. There was a complication with the buyers' mortgage company and the condo association/management company. Heidi stayed on top of it and kept us posted. In the end, she even led the buyer to a different mortgage company that had had success with other property in our community. It was a long and nerve-racking process! We are so grateful to Heidi and all the supporting staff! Heidi is an exceptionally knowledgeable and incredibly helpful realtor. She knows the Lakewood Ranch area like the back of her hand. We worked with Heidi for over a year before closing on a home, so we got to know her quite well. When we first met Heidi, it was her character and genuine desire to help us that stood out, as well as her calm demeanor and attentive listening skills. She graciously made herself available to help us and responded to calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. Heidi quickly grasped our needs and desires and was patient when we were indecisive. In fact, Heidi would spend time talking with us and listening, which helped us in making decisions and narrowing our focus to find the right house. She patiently guided us through options of both resales and new construction and provided helpful information with every showing. She was always prepared with Mprintoutsuts on resale properties we viewed. She set up helpful MLS drips for us, and made prompt adjustments to the drips upon request. Heidi was persistent, and kept in touch with us in a kind and caring way, never coming across pushy. She respected and honored our price range. When we finally found the home we wanted to purchase, Heidi negotiated well and assured that the process to closing stayed on track. Throughout this experience, we know that Heidi always had our best interest in mind which earned our trust. Her skill and knowledge as an agent earned our respect and confidence. . Our journey started almost two years ago. Heidi was there every step of the way for us. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, a great psychologist, and part psychiatrist. We simply could not have completed the start of this journey without Heidi. Even when our deal went a little sides ways with the selling agent, Heidi showed the skills of a veteran agent and got the deal closed.
