I have been working with Jamie (first) and Chris since 2014. She helped us find a home in a new area and got us a great deal of a house when we only had 2 weeks to find one. After 3 years, we decided to move again at Christmas,. (Challenging). It was a contingency sale from ours to the one we really wanted. We put in an offer and was accepted in 1 hour for the house we wanted. We sold our house in one DAY on the internet. Jamie and Chris worked hard to make sure we got the house we really wanted. We do not at this time have plans to move but if we do there is no doubt in our minds who we will call. Jamie is an amazing listener. She will take your wants and get to work to find it. Not only do we absolutely love our amazing home, but we cannot say enough about how incredible Chris and Jamie have been to work with. This is our third time utilizing their outstanding services, and we intend to always choose their team for any real estate needs in the future. Jamie is without a doubt the number one realtor in my eyes she not only goes above and beyond to help you but is a fantastic judge of character. I have been in the US for 4 years and she found me my first Rental house, then my dream house with everything I wanted a pool, backyard, and lots of space for a great price. Then she rented it within one day of putting it on the market. Also sold my cousin's house and got my parents their dream vacation homes. Honestly, there is not a better person out there to help you with what you want and she is permanently smiling and happy and even drops off treats on holidays to my daughter. Jamie and Chris Van Vliet are a real estate team that exemplifies professional excellence. Not only were they detailed enough to cover every facet of the contract process in the house at Michael Saunders & Company but they also offered additional services like staging and advice on how to promote our house to its fullest potential. The house was photographed so well it was purchased on the first day it was on the internet. Because of their diligence and dedication we were able to make a smooth transition between the two homes as they were both buying and selling agents for us. I am writing to express what a wonderful experience I had working with Jaime Van Vliet on the purchase of my new home in Indigo. She helped me to feel very confident that I was in good hands, and that she would take care of any difficult situations that might crop up. She was there 15 minutes after she was called, and informed her that I was interested in buying this house. Her exuberance was infectious. She took over and discussed things with the agent for Neal Homes. From the beginning, I knew that anything that Jaime took care of for me, would go well. She and her Hubbie even showed up with a beautiful house gift for me, after I moved in. Jaime also represented my son when he bought a home in Central Park. That's when I first met her, and they also expressed how well Jaime took care of them.

You know! Jamie snd Chris helped us purchase our home last year. They were over the top excellent! But, even a year later, I feel compelled to tell everyone that these two professionals are STILL assisting us in referrals to churches, dentists, outings, restaurants and on and on!!
