From the day we told Jody we would like her to list our home to the closing day, she was more than professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable. With her knowledge of this ever changing real estate market, our home was priced perfectly. We received good advice on how to prepare the home for the sale, and the professional photos taken of our home were amazing. Selling our home with Jody was a wonderful experience.

Jody worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect home. She always made time for me with my work schedule to view all the homes I thought might be a good fit. There was never a time when she didn't work out a last minute appointment to view a property. Jody kept me out of trouble by always researching to be sure homes I wanted to see had work performed with permits, by professional companies, and any other possible issues. We settled on the perfect home for me, and she worked hard to be sure I got it as there were multiple bidders. All of her advice was spot on! She helped me arrange every aspect of buying my new home and made it painless and easy to do which was great with my demanding work schedule. I now have my dream house, and I love it. None of this would have been possible without Jody's hard work - she was nothing less than incredible!! It goes without saying I think that I would highly recommend Jody when it comes to finding your new home - you cannot find a better realtor to take care of you in every way. If there was a better rating then 5 stars, she would get at least 10! Thanks, Jody!!
