We have worked with Kathy and Todd on the sale of two homes, the purchase of a temporary home and then two years later, they found the home that we had been looking for in the Field Club area. Where do we begin to express our gratitude to Kathy for all her help in selling our home this spring (March 2024)? She worked so hard for us. She and Todd are an amazing team! I have bought and sold 4 homes on Longboat Key during the past 15 years. Without a doubt my experience with Kathy Callahan was the most professional as well as "personal". She and her husband Todd were there every step of the way from a detailed analysis of the market for setting our asking price , to staging of the property to helping make sure our home was "buyer ready" even during the time we needed to be away. The real difference that Kathy brings is a sincere interest in not just selling your home but in making the experience as seem-less and pleasant as possible. Kathy did a wonderful job in helping us find the ideal home in Longboat Key. As out of town buyers, we relied on her expertise and knowledge of the market to provide the information needed to make a winning bid on our property. Her level of communication and quick response time have been top notch throughout the entire home buying process. Kathy and Todd were fantastic to work with! They spent many months searching for a condo that met our requirements. And, when they found the perfect one, they helped us finish all of the paperwork, inspect the property and get our questions answered by the HOA. They also came up with remedies to solve several issues that popped up. They make a great team and were very knowledgeable and responsive - no request was too big or small. We highly recommend working with them if you are looking for a home in the Longboat Key/Sarasota area!
