Six years ago Kim helped me find my first home in Sarasota. Coming from upstate NY I had no knowledge of the area and thus, little idea of where to land. After looking at no less than 100 homes over 2 years Kim found the perfect one! So there was no hesitation as to who I was calling when I decided I wanted to move closer to the city this year. This time however, the challenges were different. A red hot market with houses lasting hours, not days, before selling. As 6 months passed the frustration set in.....nothing that really was right but prices seemingly going up weekly. Kim was the only person I know that could keep me in the game and that she did. Her calm demeanor and true friendship were non-yielding. And true to her word, she not only found the exact house I envisioned but in the exact neighborhood I wanted! But "Calm Kim" knew how to shift into high speed and coach me through several other bidders to close the deal in just 4 days. Kim Eskew.....the consummate professional with a deep knowledge of the Sarasota market and, most importantly, a personality and style few posses. Kim was our representative for our home purchase in Sarasota. Kim is such a professional and a pleasure to work with. At the very beginning when we were looking for homes during the Covid-19 pandemic, we mostly worked with Kim through phone calls because we live in southern CA. When we found a home we were interested in, we contacted Kim to see if she could go look at it for us. She made contact with the seller and arranged for a FaceTime walk through the house. Kim was able to build a good rapport with the home seller, and she facilitated resolutions for both us and the home seller. Kim was able to guide us through the initial offer stage to the final escrow process with ease and professionalism. Kim is extremely knowledgeable of the area, and we are so happy to have worked with her.

She was excellent, It didn't take long. I listed my House with Kim and within 8 days we had 3 offers on the house and we got the full list. She takes pride in what she does and you see it when you work with her! As soon as we had a signed contract she continued to communicate about what was needed next. Even after we closed something came up and she went above and beyond with making sure everything was taken care of properly. I enjoyed working with Kim a lot. She was always available when I had questions when we began the listing process. She was very flexible about the terms we were discussing and I can't believe that the house was only listed for 7 days before we found a cash buyer!!! She sold the house next to mine and I met her then and liked her manner. She went the extra mile for me. My partner had just died in May and I needed the support that she offered. I would highly recommend her as a realtor.

Kim was a pleasure to work with all during our house hunt in Lakewood Ranch. She was very patient and understanding with the many questions presented to her since we were really very new to the area. Kim always had a relaxed and caring attitude. about what my husband and I wanted in a house. The biggest purchase of our life! She is very personable and easy to talk to regarding the house hunting and buying process. We enjoyed her sincerity and caring attitude .
