Michael was fantastic. After a short conversation with him, where I assured him there was no way I was buying this year, he took the time show us around Sarasota. His genuine love of the city came through immediately, and his local knowledge of the history of both Longboat and Sarasota was impressive. Listings, as little as there were, came through,gh as well as answers to questions about different condo developments. In the end, it was an off-market condo through his personal relationships that provided us with a small window to buy before it went to market. His follow-up was tremendous, whether it was getting answers from the seller or having both a plumber and electrician do some fix-up just after the home inspection. His sense of humor and candor throughout the process were welcomed by both me and my wife. In a word, Michael was GREAT. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Michael Moulton on the recent acquisition and purchase of our new home in Sarasota. Michael was extremely knowledgeable about all of the areas we considered. We always felt he had our best interest in mind. He was very gracious throughout the entire process. He visited multiple homes and did virtual tours as we were out of state. He prepared several offers for us before we were selected by a seller. He made himself available on weekdays as well as weekends and was always prompt in returning calls or emails. I give Michael a 10/10 and we would recommend him to all of our friends and family! We had a fabulous experience with him!

My husband and I considered ourselves very fortunate when referred to Michael Moulton by our original Realtor who could not fulfill our needs. We were on a time schedule and wanted to see numerous properties in a short amount of time while visiting Florida. Michael listened to each and every detail and performed beyond our expectations. Everything went seamlessly from touring homes and properties to the purchase of our retirement property. I researched the Longboat Key market and interviewed two broker competitors in the area for high-end condos; Michael won that contest hands down. He acted as our Sellers' broker for my mother-in-law's estate. I am a retired attorney and have somewhat a jaded view about the value provided by commissioned brokers. Michael overcame my biases and completely earned my trust and appreciation. He was easy to work with, responsive, not pushy and knew the market and best practices. I will recommend him to any of my friends.

Michael acted as our Sellers' broker for my deceased mother-in-law's estate. We just closed the sale for $2.5 mm. He had represented her and her pre-deceased husband when they bought the same unit a decade ago. I am a retired attorney and have worked with R.E. brokers and on real estate matters many times. I generally have a somewhat jaded view about the value provided by commissioned brokers. Michael overcame my biases and completely earned the trust and appreciation of my wife and I. He was easy to work with, responsive and knew the market and best practices. Additionally, we really appreciated that he was not "pushy" and encouraged us to try to first sell the unit to some of the neighbors in the same complex before committing to the sales contract with him. We also liked his dry sense of humor. Before retaining Michael, I researched the Long Boat Key, Florida market and interviewed his main two broker competitors in the area for high-end condos. Michael won that contest hands down. I will recommend him to any friends who need a broker in the Sarasota area in the future.
