My wife and I had a great experience with Your Agent Ron Paul. In short, he found a client within 2 wks! We could not close out for approx 6 wks later as we needed to completely empty the home of all furniture, etc. Ron was extremely helpful during that complete time and also stopped by several times (quickly) when requested. Your closing agents were also great!

Ron’s professionalism, knowledge of the area, and prompt communication sets him apart from most realtors. He understands markets down to the specific neighborhoods which is a huge asset. If moving to the area from out of state, use Ron for your agent. I would recommend Ron to any friend or family for any real estate needs!

We had had my mother’s house on the market for quite a while with no success, and very few showings. We switched over to Ron Paul, after the contract with the first realtor was completed. The pictures, the staging and the professionalism of Mr. Paul was well above anything we had experienced with the other realtors. My mother was elderly had lost my father and was distraught on the house, not selling. She had move to North Carolina to a condo that I had got her and the thought of having to carry that house was giving her great deal of anxiety. Not only did Ron Paul find a buyer within the first showing , he also was able to get the house closed in less than a month. I used to run customer service for a major retailer, and I have never experienced this level of Customer Service in this profession before.

Ron was great to work with, always available to answer any questions. What I really liked was that any time the house was to be shown Ron was at the house. We felt very comfortable, leaving while in his guidance. Very knowledgeable about the community and surrounding area so prospective buyers are able to get good insight to the area. Thank you Ron!

Ron was great to work with. He made us feel very comfortable not only selling, but also purchasing a home. He had great ideas, as far as staging our home to sell.
