I just wanted to pass along our great experience with our realtor Ryndie. As first-time homebuyers in an incredibly competitive market, her knowledge and expertise helped us land the home of our dreams. Ryndie Brusco did a wonderful job supporting our search for a home. It ended up with a decision to build, so she was involved with the purchase of our building lot and selecting our builder, John Cannon Homes. She was very knowledgeable and gave us critical insights on making the purchase and builder decision. She continues to remain engaged with JCH and us as we finalize our build contract. I expect she will support us through the completion of the build and final closing down the road.

Ryndie was extremely professional, explained the process very well when I had questions and promptly returned my test messages and phone calls. She handled all communications with the buyer's broker, coordinated with my attorney as needed and kept me informed throughout the entire process of selling the property. I would not hesitate to use her as my agent again and would gladly recommend her to others.

We just wanted to let you know about our experience working with Ryndie Brusco to purchase our condo in Sarasota. Our realtor from Michigan originally put us in touch with Ryndie and she worked with us for over a year before we were able to move forward with our purchase. Ryndie took the time to show us various condo complexes and areas even though she knew it would be a year before we would seriously be looking. She also kept us updated with new listings throughout this time. Ryndie helped us navigate through all the many things that needed to be done in a cross-country move with COVID added into the mix as well.
