I wanted to share our wonderful experience with Sandi, who represented us as our buyer's agent when we were searching for a new home in Florida during the spring of 2025. Given that we were out-of-towners, we only had the chance to meet Sandi over the phone before diving into our house hunt. She impressed us right away with her thoughtful questions and respect for our budget. When we arrived in Florida for a whirlwind weekend of house hunting, Sandi had an efficient schedule lined up, with six houses ready for us to visit. Her extensive knowledge about each neighborhood and the surrounding areas was invaluable, especially since we were unfamiliar with the region. I couldn't help but feel that Sandi saved the best for last, knowing exactly which house would be the perfect fit for us. Throughout the process, Sandi was never pushy and always extremely responsive. She went above and beyond to assist us with inspections and follow-ups on requested repairs, which was a huge help considering we were not local. Even after the closing, Sandi continued to provide support by offering fantastic recommendations for service companies and even restaurants. Whether you’re looking to buy a new home or sell your existing home, stop your search for a real estate agent and start working with Sandi immediately! We first met Sandi in 2021 when we were first time Florida homebuyers and she listed a home we ended up purchasing (we had enlisted another agent to help us with our search before meeting Sandi). When we viewed this home we peppered Sandi with a million questions and she had an answer to every single one with back up documentation. She was so incredibly pleasant during the inspection and closing process and was a valuable source of information as we settled into our new home (unlike our real estate agent who disappeared after the closing). When we ended up looking to sell this first home in 2023 we turned not to our original real estate agent but rather we turned to Sandi. Sandi marketed our home with gusto & was so incredibly valuable with insights on proper pricing, staging guidance and was a dream with stellar communication throughout the process. She actively marketed our home with email blasts and followed up with each agent after showings and kept us abreast of feedback. We quickly ended up with not only a buyer but a back-up offer as well. On the flip side, we also used Sandi in 2023/2024 when we were searching for a new home. Sandi was incredibly accommodating with our search for our dream home-her attitude isn’t just “pick one already” but rather she tirelessly took us to property after property we expressed interest in and each time played devil’s advocate with us helping us truly reflect on the big picture and whether or not this was “the one”.
