I give Beverly 10 ⭐️ She was very responsive to my calls, emails, questions and supplying me with all pertinent information regarding the condo and HOA information. She had all the attachments attached to the MLS with all disclosures filled out and signed by the seller, which made it is to put the contract together. She was open and honest and worked with to come to an agreement that worked for both of our clients.

Beverly took lots of time and expended much effort to help us find a house. She was always there to make things easier and continued to search for what we wanted, bringing new ideas and prospects into view when we were not able to secure the “perfect” home. Bev was dogged in marketing the property and was adept at listening to my wants and needs. The closing was seamless, even though I was in a very remote area and had to hustle to retain someone to whom I could grant a power of attorney who could close for me in absentia. Beverly helped “grease the skids” as it were to move things along. I purchased this unit in 2003 with that help of another Michael Saunders realtor, JoAnn Thorpe, who, along with her husband Paul, became good friends.
