A note to let you know how much we appreciated Bibi-Ann for all her professionalism and patience in our house hunt in Sarasota. We knew we wanted to live in Sarasota but did not have a realistic view of the market. She patiently showed us condo’s in the price range that we requested. It took us a while to finally realize that what one finds in that price range was not acceptable for us. We were looking for a good value that would retain its resale value in the future. She also helped us realize that the sooner we moved our hunt on the better we were going to be, as inventory is a bit low. She was correct and we found a condo that fit our needs. Her knowledge of all the buildings in downtown Sarasota and the surrounding area is impressive. Bibi-Ann helped us retain an excellent attorney for closing. She saw everything through to the end.We are thrilled with our new home in Sarasota. We will definitely call Bibi-Ann for our next move.
