BJ is one of the most professional yet laid back people that my husband and I have worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry and was always willing to help us understand the process, the market, and anything else we had questions about. He FINALLY found our home here in paradise and BJ was with us the entire way. That was a 1 year and 10.5 month ride but he stuck by us. He is very easy to get a hold of quickly and is very flexible in his schedule so if we wanted to see a property, he was right on it to get it scheduled whatever our schedule looked like. Can we give BJ a 10 and not a 5 star rating. Seriously. Our relationship with BJ started before he helped us find our perfect home. He was also the agent selling the previous property we rented for two years. The home was for sale, and this entailed over 20 walk throughs and three open houses. As renters, the inconvenience of such can be overwhelming; not when you are working with BJ. He is professional, respectful, and holds the utmost integrity. We had such a strong relationship from that connection, we sought his expertise as our own realtor when we began looking for a home. His expertise, education and connections helped us so immensely we could have actually closed in 15 days. He IS The Connector. He IS the realtor you want who will listen to your needs and desires and make it a solid fit for you and your family. The exercise he has you perform to list your "deal breakers, needs and desires" nailed our deal on the second home we toured. Why was it so fast? Because he took the time to get to know us. Moving from out of state can be a time consuming endeavor having to find a home while being thousands of miles away. BJ made it easy. He presented us with options while at the same time informing us on the pros and cons of the houses or areas we were interested in. From boat access, to tidal reports, to shopping, and desirable neighborhoods, he was always available, responsive and honest. He even took us fishing and showed us all the good fishing holes…

BJ is a consumate professional and just an all around good person. He handled every aspect of my land purchase to a perfection. Not only is BJ a professional, he is a good person to have in your corner. He knows the people in the area and can connect you to them so that you can make a purchase and align with the necessary resources without a hitch. He understands the urgency of delivering the offer correctly and does it with the proper followup and professionalism that allows you to win your deal. For my purchase there were environmental and marine study's that needed to occur prior to closing and BJ stayed on top of those needs to make sure that they happened on time. BJ has my highest possible recommendation! Thank you BJ for getting the job done right! Looking forward to that fishing trip once we get settled in!

Where do I even begin? Bj is not only professional, he is kind and caring. He treats every property as a top priority with the up most importance. I couldn't imagine having worked with anyone else.
