Since we spent much of our time out of state, we appreciated that B.J. was able to accomplish the listing paperwork and the closing through email and telephone contact. B.J. just went to work and blew away my previous thoughts about Realtors that just sit there and wait for something to happen. B.J. Ratigan is a highly aggressive, knowledgeable Realtor. He is a great listener, and he cares what you have to say. His track record is excellent and I wish I had known him the first time I listed the house. He is just what someone needs when they have to sell and they are not sure who can give them the best results.
