I am a snowbird and bought my Florida home from Edie while still in NY. I worked with her by phone and email throughout the process and she always kept me informed and made the process very easy for me. I am now in the beginning stages of looking for a larger home here in Venice and of course contacted Edie to help me. She is providing me listings that are specific to my desired locations, home size, etc. Edie is very knowledgeable about the real estate business in this area and a pleasure to work with!
