After listening closely to what we sought in a home to purchase, the first house we toured with Hans fulfilled our criteria. I believe we viewed two additional homes and then went back to the first and successfully submitted a bid the next day. Additionally, after closing, I knew we were going to have a “mail” issue since we had 3 different Florida home addresses within a six month period and we were leaving to travel to our summer home. We devised a plan whereby Hans would accumulate the mail at our newly purchased home and forward it to us. It is now over two months post closing and he is still forwarding the mail, as we continue to await all the post office changes. I appreciate this “extra step” because repeated mail forwarding can turn into a true nightmare!
