I have a lot of experience in buying, selling, renting real estate over the years. I have dealt with countless agents, many of whom were obviously focused on only one thing, their own pocketbooks, trying every trick in the book, with the least amount of effort, work, and heart, to gain a listing, or to attempt bully tactics to "encourage" me to do one thing or another. Irene is the exact opposite as all that. She is extraordinarily well prepared, presentable, knowledgeable, honest, realistic, punctual, communicative, and professional. She responds quickly to emails or texts. She checks in with me frequently enough, while avoiding being overly aggressive or annoying. I have complete trust in her to handle our real estate dealings here in Englewood. Since moving here for some reason, it has been a bit of a challenge to find folks who are dependable, hard working, and professional. Maybe it is the tropical weather or something. We know it was an especially challenging listing as it is a manufactured home, in a cooperative, and was being sold as is, in a difficult real estate market. Irene helped us navigate all the steps in meeting requirements and deadlines to purchase our dream home. She communicated with us, the seller, the lender, homeowners association, and attorney’s office to ensure a smooth transition.
