Jeff has so much knowledge surrounding specific neighborhoods, types of construction trends during each decade. He was extremely proactive and looked diligently to find me a mid-century modern designed by Tim Siebert.

After discussing the area I wanted to live in and the type of home desired for my daughter and myself, Jeff immediately started the discovery process. Jeff found an older mid century modern home in the neighborhood I wanted and we checked it out within hours of it being listed. We both looked at it and within a couple of minutes realized the potential for a beautiful home. Purchase price negotiated, contract signed at 8pm, and the house was mine in less than 24 hours. Jeff brought by the contract to Epicure that evening to get it done. It doesn't get more efficient than that. My daughter and I love our home. Thank you Jeff.

Jeff has been incredibly steadfast, persistent, patient, and detail-oriented; overall a pleasure to work with. He tolerated our uncertainties about whether and when to list our property and was always understanding and kind about the issues and concerns we presented him. We cannot imagine a better person to work with on either the selling or buying side of a transaction. As out of town sellers we needed to depend on him for all the details and arrangements associated with selling, and his judgments were always impeccable and right on target in every instance.

This is an update of an earlier testimonial. At that time we had still not concluded our home purchase... but Jeff stayed on it. A listing then suddenly appeared and Jeff notified us within minutes. I am pleased to report we had it under contract later that day! And Jeff's work was just starting, as we now had to get financing, appraisals, etc. to get the purchase closed. Jeff performed beautifully throughout the process and got us to closing. We can't thank him enough for his persistence and professionalism.

You cannot know how many times I thank the good Lord and Jeff Weller my condo sold when it did. In addition, the high property taxes and condo affiliation fees were killing me. I have built a really sweet little lake house on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs Arkansas.

I made a big mistake dropping Jeff on my difficult to sell property for someone else. I now know from my limited experience how great a realtor Jeff is he knows electrical problems, boundary issues , you name it and is without equal.

Let us tell you that when Jeff Weller saw that a house on Indian Beach was for sale and that the price had been reduced to a reasonable level; he emailed us. Jeff knows we are “old house” people. We came immediately for a look and bought it. Jeff has been amazing in putting this complex deal together and walking us through it. We think Jeff is a very smart and classy guy. He knew that beautiful old house would be a fit for us and we will be taking it to the next level. Now we will be listing our condo at the Ritz with Jeff.
