From the first day I met Jon he was not only friendly but very professional. He and his wife, Susan, showed me a house that I was interested in and it was new to the market. My husband and I had been looking for the perfect home for quite sometime and I knew after seeing it that this was the one we had been waiting for ! From start to finish Jon was not only a pleasure to deal with but he took over and made sure all inspections, meetings, repairs and deliveries were done to close the deal. We first met Jon 7 years ago when he guided us through the purchase of a short sale property. Jon made the process smooth and comfortable. From the beginning it was evident he has a keen insight of the market and current trends. Recently, he used his knowledge and experience to price, market and sell our home within 6 days along with the purchase of another property. The owner of that property has mentioned several times how much she likes "Jon" and notes all the qualities he possess. Jon knows what to do and how to do it the proper way. Always with his clients best interest in mind he makes sure everything is in place so there are no surprises, especially at the closing. That is when you want everything to go smoothly. Jon Fox was honestly by far the best agent we've ever worked with. Jon is funny, fun to be with, infinitely patient, extremely knowledgeable about the area, considerate, thoughtful, and exceptionally organized. He worked with us for over three years as we refined our thinking from a high rise to a single family home on a third of an acre lot in a gated community. He has a tremendous awareness of various neighborhoods, and was very candid. He always made us conscious of the areas surrounding the individual properties we were viewing. He guided us through the minutia of closing. It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish.
