Karen Brown was a godsend in helping us with the locating, communicating, and purchasing of a vacant lot. She answered questions in a timely manner; looked up answers if needed and worked beyond the 10th hour to help us make a decision. She is now helping us locate and possibly purchase the vacant lot next door.

I just wanted to praise Karen on her personable and honest customer experience she provides. I just recently closed remotely on a vacant lot in Punta Gorda that I hope to build on in the future. Karen demonstrated her knowledge and experience while supporting me through the entire process from the offer through the closing. I would personally use Karen for any future real estate purchases in the Punta Gorda area and give Karen 5 stars for this excellent buying experience.

Karen is excellent at what she does. Whether it is finding a home that is the right fit for you or listing a property, she will do so with efficiency and grace. Your sales associate, Karen Brown from your Punta Gorda office, sold my wife's and my Condominium on October 19, 2020. The Condo sold for $50,000 more than any other condo in the history of the Harbor Landing condominium development.Obviously, my wife and I are happy with the result.
