Kristy was such a blessing for my family and I when we were searching for a new house. Because of my job relocation from Illinois to Florida I needed to find a home in a very short time. When I was first introduced to Kristy through my Illinois realtors I had about a month and a half before my company was expecting me to be in the Florida office. This was a very stressful scenario and the worst part about it was that I didn't have a lot of time or means to come to Florida for more than one visit to house hunt. From the very beginning of our phone and email conversations Kristy was very understanding of our situation and did a great deal to ease my mind that all would work out even in this short time. She jumped right in and got to know my wife and I and what we were looking for over the phone and email. She was very receptive to our discussions and what we were looking for in a home. She was really quick to start the internet hunt and posted many homes to her MLS listing daily for our review, ratings and comments. All of our collected research was leading towards one weekend of house hunting. Because of our busy schedule back home and my wife's work and kids schedules I came to Florida for one weekend by myself to look at homes with Kristy. Kristy set aside her entire weekend for me and assured me that we would see any and every house on our list. When I first met Kristy face to face I instantly felt comfortable with her. She is extremely kind and re-assuring and handled my stress and hurried pace wonderfully. As I mentioned she set aside her entire weekend for me with the majority of homes being seen on Saturday and having Sunday as a day to see homes again or anything additional we needed too. That first Saturday I think we spent 12 hours together looking at homes and then into the night discussing the options and weighing everything we'd seen against each other. If I had more time I'm sure we would have spread that out but it was such an intense day and Kristy never ONCE showed any signs of fatigue, frustration or just being 'over it'. Quite the opposite in fact she was very complimentary of how I was handling both the intensity of seeing so many homes, the confusion of remembering which home had which feature and the inherent pressure I felt to buy our family home without my wife there. I joked with her that she's part realtor and part psychiatrist. Even after we parted late in the evening Kristy went home and wrote emails to sellers and set up early morning meetings with the homeowners/builders that I was most interested in. So come Sunday morning we had a definitive plan of attack and we jumped right in again. There were many highs and lows throughout the weekend as homes I was interested in fell off the market, weren't what they looked like online or just weren't right. Kristy was wonderful throughout all of it and used her excellent knowledge of the industry to help guide me while being completely open and understanding to my shifting moods or second guessing. When I finally locked into the home I wanted Kristy was awesome in negotiating with the seller. She was firm and fought hard to ensure that we got the best deal we could. The story had a happy ending and come Sunday I was signing paperwork on a brand new home freshly built for me and my family! We did it! My wife on the phone was elated and so pleased with the home that Kristy and I found. Kristy became a friend in this short weekend because of her kind heart, her genuine care for my family and her extreme dedication to our cause. Kristy even entertained my silly notion to take goofy photos of me in front of the house to send to my wife and kids. I could not be happier with my experience with Kristy over that intense weekend. Once back home in Illinois Kristy continued to be an active part of the process staying involved in the paperwork and any and all tasks that were associated with building a new home. Because I was not there Kristy did many things for me like driving to find local parks, schools and sending us lots of information on Florida in general. My wife and I had lots of questions about Florida and Kristy answered every one promptly and sent us a ton of information. She met my moving company at the residence because I sent our truck of stuff to get to Florida a couple days before my family and I arrived. She purchased a lock for my truck because the company unlocks it when they drop it off, and refused to let me re-imburse her. When we finally got to Florida Kristy went over and above and offered to meet us and help us unload our truck with her and her husband. When I assured her that that wasn't necessary because I had work friends helping me she took it upon herself to come by with her husband and brought lunch for my family and friends who were helping me with the move. A huge tray of sandwiches, chips, drinks and even home made desserts that were absolutely delicious. Over and above. I would absolutely 100% recommend Kristy Sommers to anyone looking to purchase a home. My experience with her was wonderful and she did so much to make a stressful situation easy and FUN! She was with me every step of the way and for every question I had. I trusted her advice, her knowledge and her dedication to my family's well being. She is genuine and kind and a damn fine realtor. If and when I decide to move again I will most definitely call her again. No question about it. I could not be happier. Thank you SO SO SO much Kristy for everything you did for my family and I.

Kristy Sommers is the ultimate professional. From the first time we met, we felt very confident in dealing with her. She listened to our housing needs and budget and provided us resources to narrow down our selection. Once we had done that she showed us four houses. We bought the third. We frequently asked her opinion and she gave honest, straight-forward answers. If you don't use Kristy as your agent, you are doing yourself a great disservice ! Thank you, Kristy!

Kristy was the best realtor we have ever worked with. Professional, honest, and informative. She provided properties meeting our criteria and and was very patient while we made our decision. We would just like to say Kristy Sommers is the best. She went out of her way to make sure we are taken care. She is a very caring person. Most of all she was so helpful to make sure we understood what was going on at all times with the sale of our house. We would advise anyone to contact her if they want to buy or sell. She is definitely a five star person she did an excellent job.

If you want a great realtor, Kristy is the best! She is very knowledgeable and efficient. She is very sincere in her efforts and always keeps you updated. In our quest to purchase a vacation property in the Sarasota area, (Ohio winter record snowfall 88") we literally found Kristy Sommers and Michael Saunders & Co. on a website. Kristy has been instrumental in taking us through both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. We had specific wants, and I can imagine that we ended up not being the easiest clients to have. Kristy was patient every step of the way and assisted us when we needed her but gave us room to choose what is best for us! We are very happy getting into our new place and would recommend working with Kristy to anyone.
