Now that the dust has settled on our recent condominium purchase here in Siesta Harbor, we wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience with Mackenzie Longueuil. Mackenzie was an amazing realtor to work with on the purchase of our condo and if we had listed our old condo we would have used her. She is detail oriented in both her work and following up on open items, nothing slips through the cracks! She is responsive, understands timing, provided excellent guidance on negotiating and worked well with the other realtor to ensure all issues were addressed to our satisfaction; including issues that have carried over after closing. Mackenzie has provided a number of referrals to various service providers; so far all excellent. She has been a pleasure to work with and a professional as well. Our expectations are very high and she easily has met them! If we ever need another realtor she will be our first call.

Mackenzie's Ivy League training shone through her work as our realtor. She applied excellence to every detail of buying and selling our homes. In the rare event she didn't know an answer, she found it right away. Working with Mackenzie has been the BEST experience. She has the most amazing knowledge of Sarasota inside and out.
