Malihe We can't thank you enough for all the hard work, dedication and the time you spent in selling our home. To be honest we tried to sell our condo on our own but obviously with no success.Once we contacted Malihe and told her our situation and timeline she went the extra mile to perform her due diligence and sold our condo in just twelve days. Needless to say, she unequivocallyexceeded our expectations. You should also know that I interviewed several other realtors prior to Malihe, but they couldn't hold a candle compared to her. I could not be more impressed with her assistance. Especially, I have a disability, Fibromyalgia; and she demonstrated appropriate patience and concern for my personal needs. Please know, I have dealt with realtors a number of times throughout my life - I am 72 years old. Malihe is the most outstanding of all of them. Malihe was the perfect choice for our long-distance purchase of a Longboat Key property! Knowing that we were going to be in town for only one day to visit properties, Malihe sent us several listings ahead of time to narrow our choices. Malihe set aside the entire day for us and carefully planned our schedule to best optimize our time. When we arrived, she gave us a handout for each property to take notes and drove us to each of our selected properties. Throughout the day, she communicated with the property owners/agents as to when to expect our arrival. In addition to touring us through the properties, Malihe also showed us the various neighborhood amenities. Clearly, Malihe is intimately familiar with Longboat Key and all that it has to offer. By the end of the day, we had chosen a property and Malihe guided us through the offer and negotiation process. After our offer was accepted, Malihe provided recommendations for mortgage, title and insurance vendors in order to facilitate our long-distance closing. We’re excited about our new Longboat Key home and can’t thank Malihe enough for her professionalism and kindness!
