Marcy is a professional realtor and exactly the person we needed to sell our condo. Not sure if anyone is paying attention but, this is one tough market. The property was a second home for us and we are a thousand miles away however, she covered for our absence by keeping a watchful eye through storms, power outages and needed maintenance. Our condo was not a high dollar sale but, you wouldn’t have known it judging by the manner in which Marcy worked. We felt like she gave it everything and treated us as if it were a million dollar deal. I am a retired sales/customer service professional with decades of experience and I’m here to tell you this professional gets it done.

Marcy Davis came to us via a referral from friends whom she helped to purchase their new home. We certainly did not make it easy for her as we were living out of state, therefore we were not able to view homes in person. When we decided on a new home build, Marcy ensured that we had all the information we needed. When it came time to do a walk-thru during the construction phase, Marcy and met with our construction foreman and conducted a video call with us during the almost 2 hour inspection. They also recorded the walk-thru for us as there was so much to see and remember. Marcy also provided us with referrals for doctors; an attorney (if we needed for the closing); local attractions, etc. We are more than happy to recommend Marcy to anyone in need for a realtor. Thank you Marcy for everything you have done to make our move to Florida a great experience.

Marcy is an absolute pleasure to work with! This was my first home purchase in Florida and I was not entirely familiar with the community, but knew the type of home I wanted to buy. Marcy was very instrumental in guiding me through the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate business in this area and clearly explains the benefit and disadvantages, based on her experience. Since she has great ties to the community she had many contacts that were able to assist with many details of the process. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, even after the closing she provided information to assist in our transition.
