Marcy Davis came to us via a referral from friends whom she helped to purchase their new home. We certainly did not make it easy for her as we were living out of state, therefore we were not able to view homes in person. When we decided on a new home build, Marcy ensured that we had all the information we needed. When it came time to do a walk-thru during the construction phase, Marcy and met with our construction foreman and conducted a video call with us during the almost 2 hour inspection. They also recorded the walk-thru for us as there was so much to see and remember. Marcy also provided us with referrals for doctors; an attorney (if we needed for the closing); local attractions, etc. We are more than happy to recommend Marcy to anyone in need for a realtor. Thank you Marcy for everything you have done to make our move to Florida a great experience.

Marcy is an absolute pleasure to work with! This was my first home purchase in Florida and I was not entirely familiar with the community, but knew the type of home I wanted to buy. Marcy was very instrumental in guiding me through the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate business in this area and clearly explains the benefit and disadvantages, based on her experience. Since she has great ties to the community she had many contacts that were able to assist with many details of the process. Marcy was a breath of fresh air in the heat of getting our home ready to sell in a market with over 600 other homes for sale in our zip code!! She gave us concrete suggestions and she was a master at staging our home to show off the best features. She called us with updates and answered all questions and phone calls almost immediately. She checked out any concerns we had, and we are extremely pleased with her suggestions and results. She was wonderful to work and would strongly recommend her to others.

We retained Marcy Davis to sell a manufactured home in a 55+ private Englewood community. She was always extremely professional and helpful, giving of her time and ideas in many ways. Marcy's sense of style helped us prepare our home, not only for the showings, but also for the photos and virtual drone tour created by her expert photographer, which showed our home in its best light! Our community has a boardwalk through the mangroves to the intercoastal, which is only open to our residents and renters. We obtained approval for Marcy Davis to show other agents and their clients our walkway and pier. Her "above and beyond" efforts to show this unique property attribute helped close the sale. Her sage advice throughout the selling process always kept our interests up front, while considering and balancing against the concerns of the buyer. This led to a mutually acceptable sale in a short period of time in a challenging economic environment. We highly endorse Marcy to sell your home, no matter what price range.
