Maruta Miluns was highly recommended to me as a diligent and professional real estate agent with an impeccable reputation and excellent track record in selling Longboat Key & Sarasota properties. Since I was especially interested in a purchase at the Whitney Beach Condominium Association located at the north end of Longboat Key, our relationship became a perfect match: Maruta had several listings at that particular condominium association, as well as, several additional listings located near-by. As a matter of fact, Maruta was referred to as the “Queen of Sales” at Whitney Beach Association. I must admit for a moment, I did wonder if Maruta, by having the responsibility of so many properties on her plate, would be able to provide adequate attention to find my perfect Longboat Key Gulf-front condo in a timely fashion and, of course, at a desired price. Any hesitations quickly dissolved. From our very first meeting, it became quite clear that although Maruta’s portfolio was extensive, she would be focused and driven to find that specific property that I would immediately “love” and connect with. My wife and I were fortunate to find a home with the help of Maruta Miluns. Knowing Maruta as such a well-respected Realtor, our choice of who to deal with was easy. Her service and aid to us was outstanding. Arranging contacts with the closing lawyer, insurance providers, and assisting with inspections. She even helped find a handyman and a local painter. Buying a second home 1450 miles away has more than a few challenges. Maruta's skill, knowledge and help made it so much easier. Besides that she is a wonderful person.

Maruta is a true professional and knows the Longboat Key market very well. She kept us continually informed on showings and potential interested buyers. Once we had a buyer and contracts she walked us through each step of the process making us comfortable as we were in Connecticut. Maruta went beyond her responsibilities and truly made the entire experience stress free for us! Maruta is a star in our eyes.

Maruta handled the transaction with care and consideration from the moment she accepted our listing. We were given updates every week and we were more than comfortable calling with questions or concerns as she always had time for us, or would respond within an hour or so. Given that we live in Canada, we truly put our condo in Maruta’s hands and walked away with confidence that all would be taken care of and indeed it was. We are so pleased with the professional relationship we had with Maruta and would refer her to anyone without a moment’s hesitation.

We put it on the market in October, 2014, it was under agreement by mid-December and closed in January, 2015. Between the listing and the agreement, Maruta hosted at least a half-dozen open houses. She presented the home at its best, on web sites, in helping us prepare for the showing, in her gracious handling of other realtors and prospects, in following up when she saw the interest, and especially in knowing how to move an interested party to close the sale. It’s true that Michael Saunders provides impressive resources behind the sale of a house, but it’s the skill of the agent that puts them together, persuades the seller of their value, and uses them effectively. Maruta is exceptional. She did a wonderful job, and we were lucky to have her representing us.
