Michael was extremely helpful in fixing up key issues with the house that needed attention in an efficient and cost-effective way. He took the time to get everything right before posting the listing and we got two full-price offers on the first day. Michael made it extremely easy for me to sell the house by personally dealing with the issues that arose during the inspection process and working with the buyer to come to very reasonable agreements.

Our experience with Michael was excellent! We actually met Michael in his neighborhood while we were visiting Sarasota Jan 2020. When we started looking for a home to purchase in 2021, I made a call to Michael, and we began working together. We were happy from the start. He was in contact with us nearly everyday, providing updates, documents, and information from lender, seller's agent, and insurer. He was always available. His sense of humor kept us relaxed and confident. We did and continue to appreciate his professionalism and his commitment to provide excellent service to his clients. We benefited beyond measure. Originally Rob was taking care of us, looking for an apartment on Longboat Key. When he, unfortunately, fell ill, Michael took over. We had a lot of interaction because of two prospects not going the right way. As a matter of fact on one we had already a contract signed between the seller and us. Still, the seller wanted to have a way out and used the Coronavirus as an excuse. It was a great place. We were told, if we would insist, we would have to go to arbitration and later could go through the court system. Who wants that? So we agreed to let it go. The seller released our deposit and paid some of our expenses in conjunction with this matter. All along Michael was there. Assisting with advise and suggestions. Soon thereafter a new prospect came on the market. An even better, larger place in an outstanding building. Michael was there all the way! From arranging the initial viewing to the contract signing, the walk through and closing. We could not be happier with Rob and Michael!!!!
