I have bought and sold more than my share of homes. This purchase in Sarasota was by far the smoothest. I didn't really know Richard but he acted that I was a friend. He is low key and no high pressure, Richard is the type of guy that just gets it done. He never kept me waiting and was always one step ahead of me. I would use no one else.
