We feel so fortunate that Ryndie Brusco was our realtor when we were looking for a home in Florida. We are from Wisconsin and will permanently relocate there. Due to this we had only limited knowledge of the differences in real estate between Wisconsin and Florida. We settled on meeting w/Ryndie down in Florida over a weekend. We anticipated meeting and looking at houses for a couple of hours on 1 of the 2 days. We are not naive enough to think that we are Ryndie’s only clients. However that weekend Ryndie spent the entire day Saturday and a large portion of Sunday driving us in her vehicle all over the greater Englewood area, including multiple trips south toward Rotonda Circle. This whole area is nearly an hour south of her main area. She answered our many questions and was a wealth of valuable information. I received exceptional service from Ryndie Brusco. During the past year I had sold two properties relating to two estates, so you can imagine the emotional upheaval this created and then it was time to purchase a second home for myself. I would say that she has the right complement of experience, business savvy, knowledge of the Sarasota community and the people skills to create a winning situation.
