Stuart Lawrence and Laura Lawrence were outstanding as our realtors. Having a husband-wife realtor team is a real strength, and their efforts were very complementary. Their location within Lakewood Ranch, and their detailed knowledge of the Lakewood Ranch market, proved helpful in many ways. In our opening meeting, Stuart presented us with detailed market analysis data. When we found the right condo, Stuart expertly guided us in making an offer which was very valuable. Laura was extremely helpful in understanding the many details throughout the purchase process, and she advised us of the actions we needed to take along the way. She was always accessible and very responsive, and she shared practical insights throughout. Laura was our advocate, and with her help, we were confident that we'd have a successful closing on our purchase. Highly recommend them for a 5 star experience.

Thank you for your invitation to provide feedback regarding our home buying experience, particularly the relationship with our Realtors, Stuart Lawrence and Laura Lawrence at Michael Saunders and Company LWR.We began our home buying journey almost four years ago when we met Laura at a local open house. Laura was engaging, attentive, and truly interested in learning about us and our needs. As seasoned home buyers we were not expecting such kind treatment from your agents, particularly as just walk-ins, but we left the open house convinced we had just met our future Realtors. Laura understood we were not fully prepared to relocate to Florida but that did not matter to her.
