Thank you Terri for showing us many areas in our price range as we looked for property on the Sun Coast. We were living 4 hours away as we searched and did marathon viewings of properties when we came to town, so we viewed properties with her for whole days at a time. We are very pleased with the paired villa that we found and it feels like home. Terri is very personable and friendly and listens carefully to what you want for your home. We have found a place that feels like home.

As an out of state seller, there can be a myriad of issues that pop up that need to be addressed immediately before the problem can escalate. Not knowing the area it can be hard, if not impossible, to get reliable lawn care that keeps the property looking neat, the pool area weed free, or honest knowledgeable pool companies to service your pool or competent repair men. Being out of state we would not even have been aware that problems had arisen, if Terri had not been there to keep an eye on our property. Terri was on top of any issue that came up with all the answers and the best people to solve the issues. She checked on the property frequently and let us know what needed to be done. Terri is extremely knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of the sales process, and as a veteran of 12 moves, I can categorically state the Terri is the best!

After renting in Sarasota for one year, my husband and I found our "perfect" home. Terri was the buyer's realtor and she was extremely professional. The bonus was that we also gained Terri and her husband as our dear neighbors. When it came time to sell my elderly father's condo on Lido Key, she was my go to choice. I trusted Terri implicitly with all aspects of the sale. She took care of everything during this very difficult time for me. Terri makes the process of buying and/or selling a home simple. She has the answers when you have the questions. Terri helped my wife and I sell two homes and buy another. She is honest, kind and full of integrity. She is patient and methodical but is also she is quick and decisive if need be. She sold our first house in one showing and closed within a month and a half. She found us our new home after viewing about 20 homesites and was patient through the process. Fast forward to years my family and I relocated to Vero Beach and she was able to close yet again within our time frame which was under a month. If you are with Terri, you are in knowledgeable and caring hands. Miss you Terri!

Terri has worked with me for over a year, patiently searching for me to find the perfect home with which I would be happy. Throughout the experience, she supplied endless amounts of information so I could make fully informed decisions. When I had questions, she supplied the answers. Before the sale, she skillfully discussed things with the sellers and obtained all the information I requested, then worked with inspectors, following through on every detail. On top of all this, she was available at all times and promptly answered any emails. I highly recommend Terri, who will not only be a very professional realtor and advocate for you, but at the same time, become a good friend!

When we decided to purchase a second home on Longboat Key, a good friend highly recommended Terri Thacker as an excellent buyer's agent. And was she ever! We identified the condo community and Terri did everything else. She previewed the unit, negotiated the contract, supervised the inspection, did the pre-close walk through and delivered the keys to us when we finally got to Florida. Yes, Terri made this easy transaction happen without us physically being on Longboat. Face-time, texting and email certainly helped, but she was so organized and communicated so clearly that we trusted her every step of the way. We look forward to a long friendship with Terri and highly recommend her.

Over 10 years ago my sister bought a home from Terri in University Park, so when it was time for us to relocate she was highly recommended. She is a true professional. She was on top of our sale all the way, and found the best home for the best price in Venetian Falls. I look forward to the time when I can recommend Terri to one of my friends or family.

Terri was a pleasure to work with! We were not local to the property, but Terri was always willing to be our local representative and ensure our schedule stayed on track.
