Within the past year, Tim Koons-McGee has helped us sell both a commercial property and our residence. After an unsuccessful attempt to sell the commercial property with another realtor, we took it off the market for a couple of months before engaging Tim as our realtor. He had a number of creative ideas for how both to present and to market it, including a stunning brochure. Shortly after listing it, we had several interested buyers, and were able to sell it for almost full asking price. After several months, we were ready to sell our residence, and again Tim was extremely helpful. His professional judgment as to asking price, though higher than we’d expected, was right on target, and again he marketed it well, so that we had multiple offers almost immediately. From our first meeting with Tim we trusted his insight and approach on selling our home. His smart, strategic approach resulted in a very strong offer within the first hour it was on the market, followed by several requests for showings that day. We had already found the home we wanted to buy, so instead of waiting for our Open House, we asked Tim for his advice on the offer. Since it was strong, and not contingent, he suggested we accept it.
