I can't even begin to express my gratitude toward Yvonne and the work that she did to get our house sold. The process was impeccable and when it went to market everything was in place and showed to perfection. Who knew that a 1974 home could look so good. We listed on a Friday, had 3 asking price offers by Monday and it was closed 3 weeks later on a cash deal. She stayed in constant communication with us making sure we were doing the things we needed to do to keep the process rolling. She helped us with recommendations on contractors to complete the few items we needed to be done as part of the sale. As well as following up directly with those contractors to make sure she had what she needed for pictures and documentation. She helped us by providing a bit of staging decorative items, as well as even providing feedback on picking out light fixtures to replace some we were taking with us. She dealt with the seller's realtor by consistently being clear and concise with him, providing clear and pointed information specifically around the insurability of the home. She was able to do all of this while having to deal with the death of her brother-in-law. More importantly, she is a great realtor and an amazing human being.

Englewood – The Big Little Town; The experiences in Leadership Englewood 2020 went beyond my expectations. While I knew it would show me parts of the Englewood community that I may never have ventured into otherwise, I did not expect LE2020 to have been as fulfilling as it was, both socially and personally. The integrated complexity of balancing the daily life, the support for the community, and the need to accommodate seasonal tourism have successfully been blended and shown to our class. The highlight of course is the friendship we developed among the members of our class and the people and/or organizations we met along the way. I would like to heartily recommend your agent, Yvonne Wolf and, by extension, the services of Michael Saunders & Company. With the assistance of Yvonne, my wife and I recently purchased a single-family home in Englewood. Yvonne had been recommended to us through an AirBnB host, at whose property we stayed while investigating properties available in the Englewood area. Yvonne’s advice and experience were invaluable in allowing us to deal with the sellers (through Yvonne) in a manner that maximized what we received (price concessions, repairs, and additional items included in the transaction) and minimized the final purchase price.We never would have had the knowledge with which to identify other properties that were truly comparable, for the sake of making an informed offer. Yvonne was a skilled facilitator in making sure communications flowed promptly and appropriately between us, her, the sellers’ realtor, and the sellers themselves. In addition, she was happy to go to the property to be present when home inspectors or others needed access. Yvonne was always prompt at returning our calls and emails, even though I am sure she is accustomed to undertaking this quality of effort for homes selling for ten or twenty times the price of the one we purchased. From end-to-end, the whole search, negotiation, and purchase process were much smoother than we could have expected, even though we needed to be at our principal residence in NH for much of the time. Yvonne was very professional, but it was also clear that our favorable experience was also the result of Michael Saunders & Company itself. Because I've covered so many people, places and things in Charlotte and Sarasota counties as a newspaper reporter, I underestimated how much I would learn. However, through Leadership Englewood, I took the time to enjoy learning the behind the scenes of these programs and places. It's amazing how open the owners and administrators were to our group. More importantly, I m met 15 people who have become real friends. We've already bonded. I honestly believe because each of us brings something different to the table, we will remain friends and continue doing good for others because we understand hard work, dedication and selflessness. I would recommend Leadership Englewood to anyone open to new experiences and a additional Charlotte and Sarasota County resources.
