We were especially pleased with the performance of our agent, Stuart Laurence, with support from his wife Laura. Stuart's engaging personality and enthusiasm made it easy for us to spend time with him. His focus never waivered from finding us the "right" buyer for our home. He was quite knowledgeable about our market and had an excellent price/value perspective. He was patient with us as we reluctantly agreed to "adjustments" to make our home more saleable in a "buyer's market" with significant competition. And when we did receive a "serious" offer, he moved quickly and consistently to lead us through the sales process all the way to closing. Everyone present at the closing on both sides of the sale commented on how "seamless" the ownership transfer went. He was a big part of that. We have agreed to employ Stuart to help us with our next step -- to purchase a smaller home in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. We expect to begin that process in the relatively near future. We commend you for developing an exceptional real estate service organization and staying abreast of the quickly changing home market situation in this area. My wife and myself are Canadian citizens looking for a residence in the Sarasota Florida area. We were very fortunate to come into contact with Stuart Lawrence of Michael Saunders RE. Stuart listened very carefully to our concerns regarding the style/ configuration of house....geograghical location....price point and associated amenities. Through Stuart's careful planning and knowledge of the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch area, we were able to tour a number of houses and, over the course of 2 days arrive at a purchase that met our requirements. As it turns out ...Stuart submitted an offer on an upgraded property c/w a pool that was completely furnished . The final result being a " turn key" move in house far below market average. We would like to take this opportunity to recommend Stuart Lawrence to any prospective buyer looking to purchase or sell in the Sarasota/ Lakewood Ranch area.

Stuart Lawrence is an exceptional and personable realtor. Being from out of state the home search could have been very difficult if we did not have Stuart's help. He made the whole process of finding a home enjoyable. His passion and expertise of his job is genuine. His professionalism was remarkable and the care he exhibited during our time together was greatly appreciated. We only had a few days and he worked endlessly to find us homes in our price range and showed us properties with our criteria. He listened carefully to us and provided all the information we needed to make a decision on a perfect home. We inquired about a property on a national Realtor site and we received an actual call from Stuart the listing agent! We were amazed he took the time to chat and uncover our needs. He even immediately took the time to run comps on our property we wished to list!!! Stuart's knowledge of the contracts/paperwork is phenomenal. He also has vast resources thru Michael Saunders which can be invaluable during your sale/buying process. Stuart is a charming, professional person who listens to you and does not pressure you in any way, and our property sold in one day! Now that's a great agent! 5 Stars. Excellent.
