Stuart is Top Notch! In the beginning of the relationship Stuart promised to be professional, hard working, personable, and at our side through the entire selling process. I was skeptical that he could fulfill all those promises but decided to list with him anyway. Not one moment after making that decision did I feel as though I made a mistake. Stuart is one of those rare individuals that sets the bar for himself very high and then does exactly what he says will do. He is honest, hard working and loyal. Through no fault of his, our listing took a bit of time to sell. Stuart never slowed down and never gave up. He kept pushing through open houses and providing regular feedback from showings to allow us to continue getting the house ready for that one buyer. As Stuart says, "It only takes one guys!" That buyer came along and Stuart worked with us through the entire process. He gave sound advice and ensured that our best interests were maintained. I have been a realtor for 28 years in the capital of another state . Appreciatively I have been a top realtor for nearly all of thoseyears. While internet searching for a retirement home in Florida, I made a random inquiry on a listing and within seconds Mr. Stuart Lawrence replied by phone . Others called or emailed back hours and some days later . While visiting Sarasota on a house hunting spree this past weekend it was Mr Lawrence that catered to our every whim . He portrayed honesty, due diligence and trustworthiness during our visit . He reminded me of myself, a seasoned Realtor . It is my opinion that he has a successful career in front of him . We met Stuart for the first time while looking for a home in Sarasota. An absolute gentlemen. He made us feel very comfortable immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and willing to work for you. We felt no pressure and enjoyed our time with him. Stuart was the on-duty realtor at Michael Saunders & Company when we wandered in on a Sunday morning in November not having any idea where we were looking for a retirement home, or when we would be looking to make a purchase. He took the time to talk with us about our interests and tell us about Sarasota in general and specifically the Lakewood Ranch area. He directed us to several local areas that he thought would be of interest to us and ensured he had contact information should we choose to follow-up on our visit. We left having enjoyed a great visit to Sarasota and wanting to learn more about the area. Stuart turned out to be a fantastic source of information about homes in the area, builders, activities, amenities, health care, restaurants, beaches and shopping. We could not have found a better individual to assist with our questions and our search. We returned over the New Years weekend to preview homes with Stuart and to meet with several builders. We ended our visit having put a contract on a new home to be built in Lakewood Ranch, and feel that we would not have made the decision without having such a good understanding of our options thanks to Stuart and his thorough work to show us what was available. He took the time to understand our desires and match them to existing homes and build options so we could maximize our time in Sarasota and narrow our search effectively. I manage many homes and condos at the Alsol Del Mar Cap Cana, Dominican Republic. I met Stuart when he and his wife came back to stay at their favorite resort here in DR . Stuart Lawrence is definitely the man to see if you are selling your home, or looking to buy. My home was recently sold by Stuart in just about a month's time. It was such a pleasure dealing with this realtor. He is charming, knowledgeable, and definitely puts 110% plus of his time into the sale of your property. Mr. Stuart Lawrence of Michael Saunders has a unique sense of pulling together what we wanted in a house/community and then worked diligently to find the right home for us. We've been in Sarasota for four weeks vacationing and looking the area over with the intention of possibly moving here.
