Amy was great! She did a very comprehensive evaluation of our property and price to list it. Amy kept us informed about every thing that was going on from other realtor comments to dates the property was shown. She had to work with some difficult tenants she was upfront and informative never complained, made good suggestions on dealing with them. I would recommend Amy to any one who is selling their property or looking for a new home.

Amy Gonzales is terrific! She went above and beyond what I would expect of my realtor which was much appreciated since we are stuck in MA and have not been able to get to our newly purchased house. Amy was able to help us get set up with all the services that we would require to keep the house in good maintenance. Amy is a wonderful asset.
