With no reservations, give her our highest recommendation. Working with Barbara has been a blessing. In every way she has exceeded our expectations. Worked with her for about a year and a half. We contracted to have a house built in Skye Ranch and were unable to be present for the construction. From contracting through inspections to the completion, she acted in our stead and did a better job of representing our interests than we would have. She is professional, smart, a great communicator, diligent and so very easy to work with. We received more and better updates from her than we did from our builder Taylor-Morrison. She also happens to be a joy to be around - very warm and caring. Actually feel our relationship with Barbara is more of that as a friend than a client/realtor relationship.

I felt very blessed and thankful to have found Barbara as my real estate agent to sell my villa in Golf Pointe. She couldn’t have been more professional, helpful and easy to work with. Being out of state I thought it might have been more of a problem but everything went so smoothly. I would recommend using her to anyone selling or buying a property. The people on her team were also the best.

Barbara has helped us with 4 real estate transactions on the buy and sell sides, including guiding us through building a new home. She knows the Lakewood Ranch area, the builders and home values well. Barbara was helpful with the new construction process and guided us through it, even the frustrating parts, with positive, thoughtful and impactful view points and help. We are grateful to have her as a trusted partner in real estate! Barbara helped us sell two homes. One we sold in 1 day and another in 1 month. Both with great offers. Barbara is an incredible real estate agent. My husband and I are in corporate jobs and have moved 10+ times and she is the best realtor we have come across. She is so effective at her job and helped us find the right home. We were moving from Boston to Sarasota and we called up a few real estate agents. We met with Barbara and knew she was who we wanted to partner with. Barbara is organized and incredibly effective at her job. Not only did she give us the most honest and trustworthy guidance in the process, she was so knowledgeable. We looked at a home that seemed great but backed up to a small road, she knew that there was further expansion of that road happening next year and that it would have been really impactful to us. She didn't have to share that information and could have pushed us to buy, but she really wanted what was best for us. Then we found our dream house and she was amazing in the negotiating process and then walking us through what needed to be done to close. She really held our hand through the process and made things easy. Barbara provides a full service where she and her team are on top of things and made it so easy for us. She goes above and beyond! I could not recommend Barbara more.

Barbara was an amazing realtor. She treated my mom, the seller, with such kit gloves as she is in her 80’s. My mom was able to call her with any questions. Since she wasn’t living in the home at time of sale, she helped organize moving her belongings and staging. If anything went wrong with an appliance she would hire the appropriate service tech at a fair rate. I can’t even list how many things she did for her that the normal realtor would even think of taken care of. Any one selling a home at any area of FL should use Barbara. You will have a carefree sell.

Barbara was our agent when we purchased our home at 4944 Fairhope Circle in Lakewood Ranch. From the beginning, Barbara was highly professional, efficient, knowlegeable, energetic, warm and friendly. She responded promptly to questions, and went above what was necessary to help us learn about the various communities we were considering. She was with us and supported us every step of the way.
