We have worked with many realtors in the past, both for our primary residences as well as seasonal properties. Fortunately, we never had any issues and were generally satisfied since all transactions ultimately came to completion. Once we engaged Bernadette Caswell however, it became immediately evident that we had never experienced the level of service she provides. Bernadette just helped us sell our house in 1 day! Bernadette is the 11th realtor we have used for buying and selling. She is, by a wide margin, the very best realtor we have ever dealt with.
