The service provided by Carol and her assistant Dorsey far exceeded our expectations. They sold a vacation home that was furnished but not lived in, and they watched it and checked in on it frequently. The marketing of the home, with drone photos, was impressive. They helped arrange contractors/service people whenever needed. They found us buyers for the golf cart and kayak that we were selling. They were wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process. The home sold extremely fast and at a nice price. If there was a 6th star, they would deserve it.

Pleasure to work with Carol from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, many years of experience in the Boca Grande market and deep personal and professional ties to the area. Handled a variety of details that I would not have expected beyond the scope of representing our home to the market. Highly recommend Carol whether you are listing or buying on Boca Grande. If we decide in the future to purchase again in Boca Grande, Carol is who I'd call.

My wife and I searched for the top 3 producers for Boca Grande and then interviewed each. Sadly, we initially went with another agent for over a year, who wanted us to drop our price significantly after not selling. Thankfully, we reached out to Carol who sold the house for a price well above the other agent's recommendation. Carol and Dorsey were a pleasure to work with because they took care of everything (which was great because we live 800 miles away). Carol has a real eye for seeing the value in a home, which is a rare quality in many agents.

Carol and Dorsey were extremely professional, responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, informative and they were proactive throughout the process of selling our condo on Boca Grande. I listed my home with Carol in the Fall of 2013. She did a great job staging and marketing my property and the home sold at my asking price in the Spring of 2014. She and her firm were a pleasure to deal with. She always gave me ample advance notice and provided detailed feedback after showings. I received periodic updates on the state of the local market. My husband and I bought our first house with Carol Stewart. The sale went so well we went back to her again to purchase a second property. Carol knows all the contractors and vendors in the area. This was a big plus for us since we were from out of state. We found her outgoing, full of energy and extremely honest. Carol is very good at her job! She is friendly and informative and she makes her customer feel that they are important and that the homeowner is as well. She came to the property well prepared, she obviously had done her homework. I would give her a 5 star rating.
