When my wife and I started looking for a vacation home in the greater Sarasota area; we were referred to Deborah by a friend. From the very first phone conversation, Deborah was focused on helping us find exactly what we were looking for. She took the time to really understand what we wanted, and why; as well as how we would use the property. We began by selecting or eliminating potential properties that met our general criteria - this was done remotely by viewing links to property listings. Once we narrowed things down, we made at least 5 or 6 trips down to go "house hunting" with Deborah. She was fun and energetic, and never tried to sway us towards or away from any property. She was very honest in laying out the pro's & con's of various locations and specific properties. When we were touring a home shown by the listing agent, it was obvious that they had great respect for Deborah. Once we began negotiating, she was fantastic to have on our side. She fought hard to win the concessions we wanted, and she never caved in or advised us to do so. My wife and I both agree that in addition to having a friendly and outgoing personality; Deborah quickly gained a sense of our tastes and preferences - which helped us avoid looking at homes that wouldn't appeal to us. Deborah has a keen business sense, and her integrity in dealing with us was paramount. She wanted us to be happy, and wasn't going to quit working with us until we were. I can honestly say it was the most pleasant real estate purchasing experience we have had in the last 30 years.

Deborah Beacham is a complete professional and a terrific agent to deal with. Deborah's years of experience and familiarity with the Sarasota market are huge plus, both as a buyer and a seller--she represented us in both capacities. As importantly, Deborah knows how to efficiently close a deal, again, both as a buyer or a seller. She is tireless and extremely attentive to details. She has made the entire experience of selling and buying a house as stress-free and easy as possible. 6 stars would be a more appropriate rating.

Selling a family home is a very emotional event! My mother passed away and my family grieved after her home sold, which was the life blood of my children, grandchildren and I for almost forty years, it was traumatic. Deborah Beacham did a great job, she communicated with my son who handled my mother’s estate. The end result however sad for me and my family were handled without a flaw by Deborah.
