Judy is a consummate professional, yet she has a special gift of making you feel like you’re the only client she has. She was patient in explaining what I needed to do - and when - and I credit her input with my receiving an offer above list price within a day of listing! As out-of-town buyers, we were anxious to say the least, but Judy did an exceptional job every step of the way. Beginning with the FaceTime tour, Judy was careful not to “oversell,” which we especially appreciated as we were not represented by our own agent. Judy wanted to be sure we knew about the condition of the home and she took care to point out everything that might require repair. We met Judy at closing and we were very impressed with her thoughtful customer service, like making sure we had a list of the prior owner’s service providers. She even checked back with us after we moved in to see if we needed anything. Summing up, Judy stands out compared for being highly professional, ethical, conscientious and easy to work with.
