We retained Marcy Davis to sell a manufactured home in a 55+ private Englewood community. She was always extremely professional and helpful, giving of her time and ideas in many ways. Marcy's sense of style helped us prepare our home, not only for the showings, but also for the photos and virtual drone tour created by her expert photographer, which showed our home in its best light! Our community has a boardwalk through the mangroves to the intercoastal, which is only open to our residents and renters. We obtained approval for Marcy Davis to show other agents and their clients our walkway and pier. Her "above and beyond" efforts to show this unique property attribute helped close the sale. Her sage advice throughout the selling process always kept our interests up front, while considering and balancing against the concerns of the buyer. This led to a mutually acceptable sale in a short period of time in a challenging economic environment. We highly endorse Marcy to sell your home, no matter what price range. Marcy Davis is a fantastic realtor! She is so knowledgeable about the locations. She listened to our concerns and was very helpful in finding just the right home for us. I have moved many times throughout my career and life. I can honestly say that Marcy is the absolute best realtor that I have ever worked with. Marcy worked relentlessly on getting my home ready to sell. The staging and the pictures were fantastic. She held a walkthrough with the realtors in the area, held open houses and set the price on my home that made it very competitive with the market. She pulled out all of the stops.
