Pam Wall is amazing. Were it not for her, and the effort she puts into helping her clients achieve their goals, we probably would not now be living here. We came in October. Pam and Bob spent two days giving us a thorough introduction to the Sarasota market. We went back to Virginia and spent the next eight months prepping, listing, and finally selling our house there, all the while following this market online with Pam’s unflagging assistance, suggestions and answers. We came back in July, ready to buy. We knew what we wanted. So did Pam. Within two days, she had shown us the house in which we now live. By day three we were in competition for it. On day four – because we had been able to draw on her expertise, energy, and dedication -- we won that competition. With a stack of Pam’s business cards in hand, we went back to Virginia to arrange the move. By the time we left, we had given them to everyone we encountered who expressed an interest in Florida. We moved in on September 2nd (our 54th wedding anniversary). Asking Pam to help us make that happen (on that date) was one of the two best decisions we’ve ever made. It should also be noted that her efforts on our behalf did not stop when we closed on this house. Her recommendations of whom to call to get what accomplished have continued, and been “right on.” We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Mission impossible made possible by Pam Wall, agent extraordinaire. The mission: Sell one home and purchase another. Mission accomplished within 13 days. Thanks to Pam, we’re now in a home and community that we love, which are not like the ones we had thought we wanted. Pam saw immediately, before we did, where we really needed to be. And she gently nudged us to reach that conclusion ourselves. With Pam’s guidance, including a great photographer she recommended – we set a realistic price for the home we needed to sell. And the considerable resources of Michael Saunders sprang into action. From signing agreement to sell to the closing: 21 days. Throughout those 13 days, with hundreds of pages of purchase and sales documents flying back and forth, Pam’s calm assistance helped us keep our sanity and our stress level low. Pam Wall was the broker in a recent transaction we completed in Sarasota. This was our first experience with Florida's transactional broker system. Pam was diligent, careful in detail, and acted in a timely fashion in all aspects of the negotiation. Pam continued to assist both parties as the process moved towards closure. While it may be true that the process of the sale is Pam's job and she gets paid for it in this writers experience her level of interaction went above and beyond the job requirements. A very telling moment in the process came when Pam was getting ready to list my side of the sale and I took an opportunity to sell it privately before it was listed. Pam's reaction was genuine and positive that I had successfully met another part of our goal. I would recommend Pam for any client who demands a high level of attention to detail, reliable process, and genuine client commitment.

Excellent buyer's agent! Knows all areas locally in Sarasota and their nuances. Extremely honest and caring about her customers. Good about trying to find the right home for the needs and preferences of the buyer. Also very good with many needed contacts/contractors to help with the updating/maintenance of my new home. Has to be a good person since my dog made her one of his best friends and he is a great judge of character!
