I am 70 years old and retired. My income comes from my own rental properties. I have bought and sold several properties and I would like to report that my experience with Richard Perlman could not have been better. I randomly found our house at 5:30 in the evening. I called Richard and within 20 minutes I was viewing two houses on that block. The fact the Richard is also a lawyer is a plus for me. I felt he was looking out for me in a way that most realtors might not concern themselves with. In addition, after the sale, he offered to hold some packages I shipped down in advance of my arrival. This simple offer was a huge help and not required.

After a negative experience with another realtor, we contacted Richard. He worked diligently to sell our house, and he found buyers who loved our house. We especially liked how he kept us informed after each open house. It was a very positive experience, and we highly recommend Richard Perlman.

Over the past 2 years I have bought 3 beachfront properties on Longboat Key from Richard and this past May bought a fourth property; a waterfront home on Sarasota Bay. I use Richard because of his vast and intimate knowledge of beachfront properties in the Sarasota area. Richard recently sold a property for me that I had owned for only a year. It sold for 30% more than I had paid just a year earlier. As you might suspect, I have the utmost confidence in Richard's ability.
